These sessions are held regularly. Usually a group of people with common goals and objectives work together in the sessions. These sessions are for individuals of all ages and categories. These sessions bring together the physical practice of Hatha yoga and meditation. During the sessions the participants try to experience how correct alignments bring relaxation of mind and body. During the sessions we forget time and space and let go all the physical sensations and mental thoughts and create a state of complete physical and the mental relaxation. These sessions require gong or bowl music to enhance the experience. The hearing of music echoes across the infinity of space and touches heals and soothes our bodies and mind.
