Private Yoga and Meditation Sessions
Every individual has immense amount of physical, mental and spiritual energy which normally is not released or attained in its totality. Each individual also has a unique set of physical, emotional and spiritual qualities. The various pathways to lead on to achieve their best potential may be tailored for each individual to meet their needs. These sessions also benefit individuals with special needs which will need modification of yoga postures to provide maximum benefit. These sessions are therefore carefully created by the Yoga Teacher (Shailly Rishi) who works diligently along with you to help achieve its desired aim. This helps you remember your each step towards achieving your desired goals and fulfilling the best version of your physical and mental self.

Once you purchase a session, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire to evaluate your aims and objectives. This is an important step in the process. This helps in creating an optimum program to provide maximum benefit during these sessions.
